The price is per month. When you activate it you choose how many months you want and pay for them then. It does not renew on its own: when it ends, you decide whether to renew.
No. You only pay for the months you choose. If you cancel, you keep your benefits until the end of the current month; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Your benefits are member prices on your plan’s services while it is active. They are not credits, so they don’t roll over and aren’t refunded if unused.
No. Discounts apply to the services listed in each plan.
Yes. Ask us at the spa and we’ll explain how what you already paid is applied.
