Age

You must be 18 or older to book online.

Online booking

• To book, we verify your email with a code. You must give us real information about yourself.
• Your appointment is recorded as pending until our team confirms it. We may need to move or cancel it (for example, if the professional is unavailable); if so, we will contact you.
• Online prices are a reference. The final price is confirmed at the spa based on your evaluation; per-unit or "from" treatments depend on what you need. Prices do not include taxes.
• For now, nothing is charged when you book online.

Cancellations and changes

Appointments cannot be cancelled online. To cancel or change your appointment, call us at least 24 hours in advance. If we ever apply a late-cancellation or no-show fee, we will tell you before you book.

Memberships

• Each plan is priced per month, before tax. When you activate it you choose how many months and pay for them then. The membership does not renew automatically.
• While active, it gives you member prices on the services listed in your plan. Benefits are not credits, do not roll over and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• It is personal and non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
• If you cancel, you keep your benefits until the end of the current month. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• We may change plans and prices going forward; changes do not affect months you already paid for.

Results and testimonials

Results of aesthetic treatments vary from person to person and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Testimonials and photos reflect individual experiences and are not a promise that you will get the same result.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to make fake bookings or bookings in someone else’s name without their permission, to try to access other people’s data, or with automated programs. We may block access for anyone who does.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The text, images and brand on this site belong to Reviví MedSpa or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Names of third-party products and technologies (for example, Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®, Sculptra®, Radiesse®, RHA®, SkinPen®, Morpheus8® or IgniteRF™) are trademarks of their respective owners, who do not sponsor this site.

Site provided "as is"

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is", without warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Reviví MedSpa is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect is the one posted here, with its date.
